I realize this is an old comic, and not somthing you're necessarily going to jump on to fix-- but in the one comic, the blonde (Alex, yeah?) is wearing the red, and now the brunette is. Also, is there a reason there are two colors of uniform? Or is it a symbolism thing?

It's a different day; in the prior comic, they're signing up, and now they're holding auditions. Given the similar settings, I can see how it could be a bit confusing, though.
There are different colors for a few reasons. Firstly, my school had two color options, although they were blander (grey and khaki). Second, having two color choices gives me more options from a composition standpoint and keeps things from being too boring.
