When I set out to do this comic, I didn't really have this sort of development in mind; after all, a core group of characters usually sticks together. This'll make things a bit more awkward, but it should also make the comic more interesting. And, really, if I didn't want to deal with awkwardness, I picked the wrong subject.

That first panel took far too long to put together, but it was fun to put together, and I hope it's also nice to look at.
